Since the NPO IT Support Center of South Korea was established in 2012, the field support ICT help desk has provided direct IT support for over 500 nonprofits.
Consultations have included software training, online channel operation analysis, hardware utilization and maintenance training, a question and answer (Q&A) guidebook, and problem resolution consulting tailored to each organization. They have also included training on digital marketing, data restoration, privacy and security, and basic IT usage.
